Our Team

Carol S Nunez Parker, OTR, C/NDT Owner

Carol Parker
I have been an occupational therapist for over 40 years working with persons with disabilities throughout my career. I have a passion for serving and helping people with neurological disabilities and became certified in advanced studies in the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Techniques for Children and Babies. I, and my husband, Mark, created, designed and even named the DSA know as “Touch of CLASS” in 1995 because advocating for persons with disabilities was my dream. We sold Touch of CLASS in 1994. I am the owner of Neurodevelopmental Therapy Services which has three locations throughout the Houston area. We provide therapeutic intervention of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. I am excited to be involved with the CLASS program once again and know that “Advocating for CLASS” will become the standard of care for Case Management for the CLASS program for the State of Texas.

Mark Parker, Operations Manager

Mark Parker
Having my roots in West Texas and graduating from Texas Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering value the services we offer in this area. I have owned “Switch-It” for over 20 years and currently serve people with disabilities ranging from door openers to head controls for wheel chairs. Being a former owner of a DSA for CLASS has given me both insight and a vision of how we can help the participants and advocate for them with our Case Management Company. Advocating for CLASS. The name says it all…our services to the CLASS participant is the way each and every person should be supported.
